Position Overview The Lead Fleet Manager is responsible for management of the enterprise fleet programs with duties including vehiclesourcing and assignment, lease management,utilization, and disposal of fleetvehicles. This role will optimize the program's efficiency and cost effectiveness aligning to the Company's long-term vision. The Lead Fleet Manager will enhance the programmatic oversight of fleet fuel spend, mileage, FAVR, vehicle stipends, maintenance, sustainability, accidents, and safety. Extensive collaboration will be required with functional areas and at all levels of the organization. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage all aspects and needs of the enterprise fleet program.
- Lead and manage implementation of different fleet strategies.
- Evaluate programmatic structure of fleet, analyzing maximum cost savings and aligning to or exceeding benchmarking of peer organizations.
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, sourcing, KPI oversight, and ensuring day-to-day tactical vendor operations are being performed.
- Support all aspects of ordering, maintaining, licensing, and turn-in of company vehicles in the most economical way.
- Conduct a strategic annual review with suppliers.
- Analyze and maximize savings when reviewing vehicle selectors, including management or changes of vehicle tiering.
- Conduct analysis of new vehicle procurement options, incorporating creative best pricing through rebates, bonuses, all external spend, contractual agreements, and car selectors.
- Draft, update annually, and ensure driver compliance with program policies.
- Monitor driver risk profiles which include accidents and motor vehicle violations to identify driver risk level to the company, partnering with the internal risk department, fleet management partner, and insurance company.
- Assist with the maintenance and sale of vehicles.
- Report fleet expense performance monthly to management and provide a comprehensive study on the performance of the fleet annually.
- Execute strategy to support and align to Company strategic vision and goals.
- Advise, collaborate, and influence as the functional and technical subject matter expert on fleet program to key stakeholders providing objective perspectives and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Ability to communicate, anticipate, and analyze how ideas, concepts, processes, and relationships impact the entire organization.
- Ability to tackle issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Propose, prepare, and monitor adherence to fleet lease and operational budgets.
- Communicate, influence, and collaborate extensively across various functional areas and all levels of leadership.

- Regular and reliable attendance.
- The ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- The ability and means to travel between Madison locations.
- The ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location. May include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, finance, or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Fleet Management or related field, advancing in duties and responsibilities.
- 2+ years of experience working in medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Membership in AFLA or NAFA.

Salary Range: $109,000.00 - $174,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
