THE JOB: As a Lifeguard, you will set the stage for an excellent guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $15.00 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you interact with our guests. Provide safety by watching over pool and deck areas and responding quickly to emergency situations. Working to provide linens to guests as they arrive at the pool. Responsible for daily pool set-up and breakdown. Assist in maintaining pool safety by validating guests and checking bags. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be able to swim to obtain the Lifeguard certification. Ability to obtain Deep Water Certification for overseeing wave pool highly preferred. Must be at least 16 years of age. Open availability and can work varied on-call shifts including weekends and holidays. Effectively work in extreme weather conditions. i.e., heat, rain, wind, dust storms. Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
