As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll lead a high-energy team with ongoing training and motivation, driving service excellence and seamless operations to create a memorable dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

What you will be doing:

* Perform all front- and back-of-house roles, including server, cashier, and expeditor as needed.

* Supervise staff and oversee department operations in the manager's absence.

* Support ongoing training to uphold service and brand standards.

* Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation across all areas.

* Manage inventory, order supplies, and control payroll and equipment costs.

* Interact with guests to promote services and resolve concerns effectively.

* Utilize POS systems for accurate billing, revenue tracking, and service efficiency.

* Uphold a professional appearance and support hotel policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

* Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred.

* Previous bartending experience and knowledge of food and beverage operations, including staffing, equipment, and guest relations.

* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including guest requests and banquet event orders.
