The primary duty of the Program Analyst is to apply a general knowledge of developing internal controls, auditing, administration, coordination and reporting in compliance of Distribution Engineering's Purchase Order portfolio; as well as consolidated reporting and analysis of Distribution Engineering's Capital and Operating budgets, including comprehensive reviews and analysis of specific capital projects and programs across all of Distribution Engineering. Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Programmer/analyst experience in a field supporting and providing technical and analytical solutions.
Relative experience in program/project management for Operational Units.
Extensive knowledge of programmer/analyst experience in a field supporting and providing financial and operational solutions.
Experience working with moderately complex data.
Understands processes and procedures in specialized field.
Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ability to multi-task various critical work assignments in a fast-paced environment in a professional manner.
Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information.
Initiative to work independently or as a member of a team, coordinating with others to achieve desired results.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Math, the Natural Sciences, or other quantitative field from an accredited university or related area; proven working experience may be used in lieu of degree Required Certifications Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Employee may potentially be exposed to hazardous chemicals, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather, noisy and dusty environment. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
