Description Position at Goodwin Tucker Service Support Specialist Location:Des Moines, IA Reports to: Branch Manager Goodwin Tucker Group Join our team as aService Support Specialist and help keep our operations running smoothly. In this fast-paced, multitasking role, you'll coordinate service calls for our service technicians, support customers, and assist with parts and warehouse tasks as needed. What You'll Do: Dispatch technicians based on customer needs and schedules Communicate with customers to coordinate service and follow-up Enter service orders, update records, and invoice completed jobs Order and track parts needed for service jobs Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory Support counter customers and help with shop repairs or parts orders What We're Looking For: Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to follow through independently Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience Successful completion of background check and drug screen required Service Support Specialist Join our team as a Service Support Specialist and help keep our operations running smoothly.
