About the Role

As a Production Specialist, you will perform diverse tasks in a facility. Initially, you will work under close supervision to learn client requirements. Your responsibilities will include receiving materials, warehouse put-aways, project setup and execution, operating production printers and inserters, and mailing personalized materials for customers.

Responsibilities

* Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment in production areas and accompanying procedures.

* Executing job setup and production planning to meet demanding client deliverables.

* Escalating and helping resolve production risks when identified.

* Recognizing and resolving any discrepancies with the work or processes through thoughtful resolution or escalation.

* Following and documenting maintenance requirements for all equipment in production areas

* Anticipating potential production bottlenecks or backlogs and providing solutions to avoid delays.

* Performing on a moderately flexible work schedule (shift overtime or weekends during seasonal peaks and unplanned demand)

* Working and develop in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Requirements

* Have a High School diploma or GED

* Have basic computer skills (Excel, WORD, Outlook, Internet, etc.)

* Have a proficiency in working with mechanical systems, including assembly, repair, and troubleshooting.

* Have willingness to quickly learn new processes and machines.

* Have ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.

* Have flexibility in daily assignments and occasional overtime requirements.
