General Assembler - Future Opportunities | Utilimaster | Bristol, IN (Main)

Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $22.00 - 22.00

What you'll do:

Join our team to support the assembly and installation of truck bodies and components. We are reviewing candidates now for potential hires beginning May 2025.

• Assemble and install various truck body components
• Use hand, air, and power tools with precision
• Follow quality, safety, and performance standards
• Rotate between workstations and support team tasks
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and assist in Lean/5S efforts

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 18+ months manufacturing experience (automotive, RV, or boat preferred)
• Proficient with air/electric tools and huck guns
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion tasks
• Able to read and follow work orders and safety guidelines
