Plan and develops Talent Management solutions for the company. What You Do.

Partner with business leaders to design and implement development programs and talent processes that align with the organization's strategic goals



  • Partner with business leaders and lead organizational design and workforce planning
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and capability requirements that enhance employee and organizational performance
  • Create and implement talent development strategies to enhance employee growth, leadership capabilities, and organizational engagement
  • Design and/or manage external partnerships to deliver learning and development solutions
  • Provide strategic HR support to leadership, addressing a wide range of human resources topics
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with Compensation on job evaluations; ensuring pay structure system is administered and adhered to for all positions.
  • Consult with business leaders on challenges that involve employee engagement, competency development, change management & performance management
  • Provide coaching and consultation to enable managers and supervisors to lead high performance teams.
  • Research and benchmark Human Resource practices and processes to remain current with trends to provide scalable solutions


Job Qualifications & Requirements



  • Solid understanding of talent management practices and processes to include succession planning, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, change management and career development.
  • Excellent consulting skills to work on talent development projects and processes with internal customers.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of decision making
  • Strong interpersonal skills to discuss issues, identify challenges, and recommend talent solutions to solve problems
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for training delivery and business presentations required.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring to support behavioral effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Proactive follow-through with all assignments to their successful conclusions with minimal direction.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction with internal customers.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.


Your Education and Experience.



  • Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of eight years' related experience in talent development & HR
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
