ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

This is a senior associate-level position that requires strong skills in communication, collaboration, project management, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of Power BI reports and analytics to support a range of departments. However, we're looking for someone who can go beyond building reports and writing DAX - someone who can analyze trends, establish benchmarks, and define what good looks like.

In this job you will be building Power BI Reports. But this role is more than just presenting numbers; it's also about uncovering meaningful insights that drive better decision-making to help move the business forward. Flexibility is essential, as Inspire is a fast-growing and evolving company. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision is a must.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

• Collaborate as part of a team of analysts to build and maintain our Power BI platform, supporting multiple departments.
• Design and develop impactful Power BI reports that go beyond presenting data to tell clear, actionable stories.
• Ensure effective integration of multiple data sources to deliver a comprehensive understanding of patients, physicians, clinics, and overall business performance.
• Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Outcomes, and others) to align analytics with business objectives.
• Proactively conduct analysis to uncover trends, validate data quality, and support strategic decision-making - not only responding to requests but also identifying insights independently.
• Prioritize high-impact work, effectively distinguishing between critical business needs and secondary requests/ wants.
• Train and empower business users to access and interpret insights through self-service tools and reports.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (Power BI certifications are a strong plus).
• 8+ years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, with hands-on skills in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query. Experience with Tableau or other tools is welcome, but Power BI is our primary platform.
• Proficiency with relational database applications such as MS Access (or similar).
• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Naturally curious and investigative, with a passion for uncovering insights.

• Proven project management abilities: able to prioritize, execute, and report on multiple complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to connect data analysis to business processes, surfacing actionable insights that support decision-making.

Preferred:

• Direct experience with Power BI for data visualization & data modeling (highly preferred).
• Direct experience with MS Dynamics CRM
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in R or Python for advanced analytics.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($92,600 - $139,000) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
