Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Marketing Data Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Irvine, CA
Hours: Part-Time*
*Approximately 20 hours per week. Preferably 4 hours a day/ 5 days a week (can be negotiable).

Job Summary:
The Marketing Data Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the efficiency of marketing operations through meticulous data handling and administrative support. This role focuses on the validation, processing, and management of diverse marketing-related datasets. You will play a key part in ensuring data integrity and facilitating informed decision-making within the company's operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate, process, and organize marketing data encompassing sales figures, operational metrics, customer acquisition, churn, and account information.
* Conduct rigorous data reviews and verification to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal guidelines.
* Process and format data using Excel and other relevant systems for reporting and operational purposes.
* Collaborate with corporate partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure effective data coordination.
* Develop insightful reports and summaries from processed data to inform internal strategic decisions and business activities.
* Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
* Support internal teams by maintaining and optimizing data workflows.
* Actively participate in projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Bilingual Japanese and English (reading, writing and speaking).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, etc.)
* Previous experience in data processing and analysis, ideally within a marketing or operational setting and involving business-related data.
* Solid understanding of business operations and a track record of collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements or present findings.
* Proven ability to effectively manage and analyze large datasets (in excess of 100,000 records) for statistical and business insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data review and analysis to ensure both accuracy and consistency.
* Experience or a strong interest in identifying opportunities for process optimization and leveraging data to improve workflows (preferred).
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
