- Develops and maintains collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with business leaders in order to understand Quality needs and ensure best practices are employed while also meeting business needs and applicable requirements of the QMS (WWT, ISO:9001, TL9000, etc.).
- Engages in new process development and evaluate process changes in order to analyze risks and ensure product and service quality.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure standardization across QMS and new/changed requirements are being met.
- Collects, trends, and analyzes Quality Objective Data to drive improvement efforts and share best practices across facilities.
- Coordinates Onsite Internal and External Audits including Supplier, Customers, and Certification Bodies.
- Provides support for customer responses, surveys, etc. regarding requirements.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure Key Performance Indicators are being monitored, measured and analyzed and corrective actions are assigned, as needed.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field required
Work Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field required
Other Work Experience
- 5 years of experience supporting a QMS or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience in process design using in-process controls and sample plans.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the management and leadership of a team.
- Proven track record in Closed-Loop Corrective Action resulting in sustainable process improvements.
- Experience in program or project management a plus.

- Ability to communicate effectively, schedule, plan, and facilitate cross-functional meetings with employees and management at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers.
- Some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond
- WWTs requirements. Ability to meet these requirements may be necessary for continued employment, depending on needs of the department.

Compensation/ Benefits Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $94,000 to $117,500 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
