R35353 Claims & Returns Specialist - Hybrid-Bohemia, NY

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Be part of a dynamic global team spanning Europe and North America, working across different time zones.

• Processing returns, and logistics issue inquiries from end customers for our Bioprocess Solutions Division

• Coordinating the flow of information regarding returns and complaints between departments such as warehouse, customer service, purchasing, transport management and sales to resolve complaints and returns enquiries

• Identify root causes and actively participating in long-term improvement initiatives.

• Support our Sales teams with report requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Manage the team's knowledge base to facilitate global knowledge transfer to colleagues. Efficient information management with all stakeholders involved

• Processing customer inquiries by closing the inner & outer loop

What will convince us:

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant work experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in processing claims and returns

• Minimum 1 year experience working with SAP or relevant CRM systems

• Proficiency in MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PPT

• Logical, team player, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skillful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner and can work under high pressure

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

We value:

• Salesforce Service Cloud experience is highly preferred

• SAP user knowledge (SD, MM, QM) is a significant advantage, with SAP S/4 HANA experience being highly desirable

• Experience with intelligent process automation

• Experience with the preparation of customs invoices

• Proficiency in another language

Compensation for this position will be a base salary between $24.05/hour and $38.45/hour depending on experience.
