About the role: We are seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager - Final Mile to lead strategic growth initiatives within our North American Ground Freight product, specifically focused on white glove home delivery of large goods. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role requiring full ownership of the sales cycle-from prospecting to pricing strategy to customer implementation. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, leading strategic pursuits, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including solutions design, operations, vertical leads, and commercial leadership. Your ultimate goal: drive revenue growth and increase product gross profit while positioning Maersk as a leader in the home delivery space. In this role, you will:

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
