We're currently hiring a Machine Operator for their Etch-Line Operations team! In this role, you'll play a key part in operating advanced production equipment, inspecting etched products, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Schedule: 3rd shift Pay Rate: $20 - $25/hr. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate production lines and perform routine maintenance Select, load, and remove metal coils (up to 50lbs) Handle and test chemical baths safely and accurately Monitor quality and perform product inspections using various tools and systems Troubleshoot process issues and document all work carefully Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (ex. print manufacturing, metal fabrication) and mechanical aptitude High school diploma or GED Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English Basic computer skills Strong motivation and attention to detail This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including 401(k) with matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, paid time off, and a referral program.
