Job Summary:

SPX Flow in Delavan, WI, has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct-hire Heavy Assembler to assemble purchased and precision-machined parts to complete products that meet or exceed specifications. Success in this role can lead to advancement opportunities within our global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare assemblies following work instructions on the production order.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to specific products.
• Test items to meet or exceed engineering test specifications and record test information.
• Operate lifting and moving equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and process instructions.
• Proficiency in using lifting and moving equipment.
• Working knowledge or ability to learn precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to interpret basic manufacturing mechanical blueprints.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Quality-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks safely and accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and adjust hours as needed.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience

• Competitive wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus (upon successful completion of introductory performance expectations)

Shift Information:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
