We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical MBA intern to join our Sales Enablement team. The intern will play a key role in supporting our strategic metrics initiatives by analyzing data, refining performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales effectiveness. WHAT WE EXPECT
  • MBA Candidate with a focus on Strategy, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect the dots between metrics, sales initiatives, and overall business strategy.

  • Effective Communicator: Skilled in presenting data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner to various stakeholders.

  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Preference: Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.

  • Preference: Passion for improving processes and driving outcomes through innovative solutions and insights.

POSSIBLE TEAMS / WORK FOCUS AREAS

Metrics Development & Analysis

  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to identify, refine, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for our Enablement programs.

  • Analyze existing programs and metrics to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

Strategic Reporting

  • Develop executive-level reports and presentations on sales enablement program performance in relation to sales performance.

  • Ensure alignment of metrics with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Sales Enablement Support

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Sales) to align enablement strategies with data-driven insights.

  • Contribute to training and enablement design to put reporting and business outcomes at the heart of any program launch.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $24.00 - $35.00 per hour.

The successful candidate's starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; flexible spending & health savings account; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
