Pricing Specialist (Bid Boards)

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Program Manager (Bid Boards) to oversee the strategic pricing and management of our digital spot quote platforms for strategic clients. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective pricing and milestone compliance for all Air & Ocean Freight opportunities available on the platform.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Strategic Pricing: Develop and implement strategic pricing models for Air & Ocean Freight opportunities on the digital spot quote platforms. Ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies that align with market trends and client needs.
• Platform Management: Oversee the management and optimization of digital spot quote platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of strategic clients and support business objectives.
• Milestone Compliance: Ensure compliance with all milestone requirements for Air & Ocean Freight opportunities. Monitor and report on milestone achievements and address any compliance issues promptly.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the freight industry. Use data-driven insights to inform pricing strategies and platform enhancements.
• Client Engagement: Work closely with strategic clients to understand their needs and ensure the platform meets their expectations. Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of freight services. Coordinate with international teams to align global strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of the digital spot quote platforms, using key metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
• Innovation: Drive innovation in product offerings by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the digital spot quote platforms and freight services.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education:Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or program management within the logistics or freight industry, with a focus on strategic pricing and digital platforms.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance.
