JOB SUMMARY
Works under general supervision to monitor Par level replenishment and receiving specific to GI ENDO and Suture areas.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
- Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
2 years experience in a hospital inventory distribution and receiving environment.
JOB DUTIES
- Supervise incoming shipments of supplies
- Communicate shipping/receiving errors to department leadership
- Supervises daily inventory par levels
- Communicates with OR staff when notification of back orders occur
- Assists with data entry related to requisitions and supply orders
- Maintain proper labeling of storage locations
- Promptly identifies and evaluates slow moving as well as excess stock
- Promptly identifies expired product and log as required
- Ensure Supply Needs List is complete prior to end of shift
- Supervises the replenishment of Endo and Surgical core areas of assigned area using FIFO rotation
- Pick Surgical cases as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned.
