MIG Welder

1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm

$26-$28/hour based on experience

Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements.

* Lay out, position, align, and fit components together according to blueprints, BOM, written, and verbal instructions.

* checks parts for accuracy, clearance and fit.

* Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure in position for final welding, MIG.

* Select equipment and plan layout of assembly for welding.

* Setup welding machines based on the job at hand.

* Use a variety of hand and power tools as needed.

* Inspect items as instructed and provide feedback to management to ensure any quality defects can be avoided in the future.

* Maintain a clean work area, returning equipment and tools at the end of the day.

* Assist other departments and functions as needed.
