Arete is seeking a self-driven Program Manager to lead Terrestrial Sector Programs. The candidate will focus on managing the associated programs while identifying opportunities for business development with Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR), Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR), Internal Research and Development (IR&D) projects, and other competitive proposal opportunities. The candidate will direct all phases of programs from inception through completion including proposal, basis of estimates, development of statement of work, negotiations, cost, schedule, risk, staffing resources, CDRLs, test and delivery, and technical performance. Candidate will be the primary customer contact for program activities such as leading program reviews to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance/status. Candidate will develop new business and expands current programs with stakeholders, aligning with Terrestrial sector strategic vision and priorities. This position can be based out of Tucson, AZ office and is an exempt, part - time role with the potential to expand to full time. Primary responsibilities:

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
