Pay & Schedule

Pay: $19-$22/hour, depending on experience

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members to meet daily production goals
• Coordinate setup, operation, and changeovers of packaging machinery
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform and document quality checks in compliance with GMP standards
• Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and escalate as needed
• Train team members on job duties, safety standards, and company protocols
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards on the production line
• Accurately record production data, incidents, and downtime
• Support Production Supervisor/Manager with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and varying temperatures
