The Global Sales and Marketing team within Molex is seeking a Marketing intern to join our team(s) this upcoming Summer 2025 in Lisle, IL.

Position Overview: As a Marketing Intern at Molex, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and global marketing environment. You will support the marketing team in executing various strategies and initiatives that drive brand awareness and product promotion.

What You Will Do

  • Optimize and streamline our project management system:
    • Conduct blueprint analysis and clean-up.
    • Develop and refine input briefs.
    • Document and align automation rules to enhance team efficiency and alignment.
  • Enhance our marketing automation system:
    • Research, document, and clean up the system to better align prospects and leads .
    • Compile a comprehensive list of companies and their email domains.
    • Merge duplicate records in our Marketo database.
    • Quality check newly developed PowerBI reports against Marketo for data validity.
    • Serve as the primary resource for Marketo program documentation

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

For this role, we anticipate paying $20 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
