The Medicare Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production and operational aspects of our Medicare plans. This role involves managing the end-to-end production process, ensuring compliance with CMS standards, and collaborating with various teams to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Associates degree in business or healthcare related field AND Two (2) years of sales or healthcare related experience. OR 2. Bachelors degree in business or healthcare related field within 12 months of hire. PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years in a Medicare Sales Experience working with an early-stage Medicare Advantage plan, 2+ years Proven ability to develop strong relationships with industry stakeholders to include but not limited to brokers, agents, community partners, clinic management and FMO partner(s) Strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements. Extremely fast learner can pick up new content quickly and has knowledge of the Medicare industry. Background not only the Medicare Advantage space, but SNP space as well. Ensuring reaching Sales target year-round but emphasis around AEP 2. Increasing RTS agents year-round with certain goals established 3. Upkeep with Selling agents year over year with production & retention 4. Implementing Sales Trainings via in the field and Virtually 5. Partner closely with Program Manager around certain Supply Vendor programs and tasks 6. Upkeep of Daily Lead Assignments and ensuring timely turn around with call/closing 7. Ensuring positive-growing relationships with Agents and Agency Leaders 8. Train the Trainer type of programs 9. Establishing and take-action business planning strategies with agents around AEP, SEP and OEP 10. Partner closely with internal staff partners around certain events and programs 11. Close accountability of Clinic Attendance and agent compliance 12. Retention of Agent Force and Agents BOB strategies 13. Work closely with Operations lead on certain tasks and projects 14. Support Manager and Director for certain sales & retention projects assigned; internally/externally 15. Help with Self Generated activity with agents around acquisition and retention 16. Additional business needs as assigned SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. Strategic thinking and attention to detail around sales & retention 2. Knowledge of regulations governing Medicare Advantage sales 3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of the Medicare Advantage sales process Experience working with a CRM system.
