Clinical Supply Chain | Documentation-Focused Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where documentation makes the difference? We're seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our clinical supply chain team and support the documentation engine that keeps clinical trials running smoothly. This is a hybrid position based in Cambridge, with 2-3 days/week onsite.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Review, manage, and triage a shared supply chain inbox for timely and accurate documentation intake



  • File and maintain digital documents in the Trial Master File (TMF) and electronic TMF (eTMF) systems



  • Support clinical supply chain documentation workflows - keeping everything organized, compliant, and audit-ready



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on documentation needs and ensure everything is filed per SOPs and GxP guidelines



  • Work within EQMS platforms and other quality systems to ensure high standards of documentation and process adherence



  • Support admin-level tasks and maintain clear, complete, and compliant records in regulated systems




What You Bring to the Table:


  • 3+ years of administrative or documentation experience, preferably in a regulated or clinical environment



  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDFs



  • Confidence navigating digital filing systems and working in a highly organized, compliance-driven environment



  • Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude in handling shifting priorities




Bonus Points If You Have:


  • Experience in clinical supply chain or pharmaceutical industry



  • Knowledge of Veeva Vault eTMF, Smartsheets, or EQMS platforms



  • Familiarity with GxP and regulatory documentation standards



  • Education Requirements:





  • Minimum: High School Diploma
