Position Summary:

The marketing intern will assist in corporate marketing activities, tracking marketing programs, and assisting with the development of new marketing strategies. Gain exposure to a variety of marketing functions including digital media, events, social media and sales enablement.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing team in daily tasks
  • Assist with creating and editing content for trade shows
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
  • Research customer targeting activities
  • Assist with the creation of sales enablement reports
  • Support lead management
  • Help with analyzing data that monitors campaigns and evaluate results from various data sets
  • Organize and update sales and marketing collateral
  • Be a ready resource for marketing professional who need assistance with larger projects
  • Provides project-specific administrative support.
  • All other tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Full time students enrolled in an accredited university or college. Major: Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism; 2021 or 2022 graduate.
  • Experience with or ability to learn various software applications for writing, publishing, video and photo editing, design or layout of all marketing mediums. Applications may include: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign),

  • Long periods of time working on a computer and performing repetitive key-boarding activities.
