Your role and responsibilities
In this role, You will play a key role in strengthening our Global IS team, supporting Microsoft Office365 service. Reporting to Office365 operation Lead, you will be part of a team responsible for applying broad IS technology knowledge on MS Teams and expertise to support global business needs and help solve challenging topics The work model for the role is #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore Location. You will be mainly accountable for: * Executing IS activities within all IS process domains, especially within "build and run" to support global business needs. * Identifying, proposing and implementing Microsoft Teams service. MS Teams app's on boarding and providing required support to Teams app's accessibility to business with stringent permissions. * Expertise in MS Teams apps administrative tasks * Implement, Execute and support with configurations and integrations of different platforms into MS Teams making as a single collaboration entity. * Manage, support and guide the business users on Viva Engage Administrative activities like Bulk upload of users, generating analytical reports through API's and using PowerShell script to overcome UI limitations. * Sharing expert knowledge to stakeholder users on their queries and providing workarounds incase of tool limitations w.r.t MS Teams and Viva Engage.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in information technology.
- More than 3 years of experience in IT service operation working as IS Specialist with Microsoft office365 service.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office365, Teams, Active Directory, Windows server and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL certification is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands on time, in cross-functional, virtual and international teams.
- A collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
