Position Title: Quality Inspector
Wage: $17.50/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Quality Inspector for a company in Mukwonago, WI. This is an associate to hire role. Quality Inspector Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Visually inspect product according to inspection plans - Pull parts out of a box, sorting into good parts and bad parts - Dump boxes into hopper/sleeve - Start and stop machine when needed - Remove any debris from machine frequently - Keep area clean - Relabel production - Inspect output of machine - Troubleshoot machine stop - Read and interpret visual inspection criteria - Enter inspection information into computer - Complete any additional tasks as assigned by supervisor - Move pallets and/or sleeves with a pallet jack - Build/construct sleeve - Place empty cartons on box shuttle and remove full cartons - Label sleeve with finished goods label - Break down and stack sleeves and or boxes when emptied - Notify someone in final audit when you start using last sleeve or pallet available - Maintain work area clean - Machine interaction will be - Up/down buttons for the sleeve tipper, On/off buttons, Unjam machine Quality Inspector Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout shift - Good hand eye coordination, excellent dexterity - Able to stand, sit, bend, and twist the entire shift - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to answer alarms - Able to work effectively in a team and communicate with others QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
