Position Title: Production Wage: $20.00/Hour Shifts: 3rd Shift Hours: 10:30 PM - 6:00 AM Sunday through Thursday QPS Employment Group has an opportunity available for a Production position at a company in Plymouth, WI. Production Responsibilities: - Performing manual lifting and carrying by opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines - Removing all packaging from cheese - Inspecting bulk cheese for contaminants, removing and cleaning accordingly - Lifting and placing cheese on conveyors - Operating automated and manual systems; operating shredding equipment - Maintaining records of bulk cheese usage utilizing RF scanners - Preparing and feeding product into packaging equipment - Inspecting product and packaging to ensure quality standards are met - Packing and palletizing cases with finished product - Reading and determining packaging and label information to ensure accuracy - Reading and comprehending safety warnings and machinery/production processes and directives Requirements for Production: - Ability to lift 45 pounds (regularly) and 50+ pounds (occasionally) - Standing/walking for 8+ hours - Ability to perform/ basic math and calculations - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in cooler temperatures - Ability to work independently and with a team QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
