CNC Operator \| DuraMag \| Waterville, ME Regular Employee \| Hourly Non-Exempt What you'll do: Use various fabrication machines to cut, shape, and form metal components for truck bodies. Operate fab and machine shop equipment, including saws, brakes, and presses. Read job specs to set machine adjustments and material requirements. Inspect parts and measure workpieces for accuracy and quality. Perform minor machine maintenance and remove burrs or imperfections. Follow instructions and safety procedures while supporting team goals. What you need to be successful: High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read a tape measure and truck spec documents accurately. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Team player with good attendance and communication skills.
