- The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience, plus commission.

The Account Manager, Portfolio position is part of the Global Portfolio Sales team at Informa TechTarget, responsible for managing high-value accounts that contribute to over 30% of the company's revenue. This team oversees a range of product lines and plays a pivotal role in driving growth across the business. Key Responsibilities:
- You will be assigned to a team that focuses on high-value accounts. In this role, you'll work closely with a Strategy Director, who leads client management across Informa TechTarget's various divisions, and a team of Account Managers and Specialists. The goal is to drive revenue growth by expanding our footprint within assigned accounts through upselling at the product level or cross-selling into new lines of business.
- Actively prospect into assigned accounts with the goal of multithreading, upselling, and cross-selling. You will work to expand business within current accounts and break into new areas, increasing our footprint and enhancing customer relationships.
- Manage existing pockets of business, delivering on deals either sold by yourself, the Strategy Director, or collaboratively by the team. This includes renewing deals and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction while driving additional revenue.
- Your role will have a dual focus: delivering on revenue targets through renewals and executing strategies to convert new business opportunities into revenue.
The Account Manager, Portfolio role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys working with high-value accounts, and has a passion for expanding business opportunities within a global portfolio. Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end sales experience, with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Hunter mentality: A proactive, results-driven approach to securing new business and expanding relationships within TechTarget's largest customer segment. Must demonstrate persistence, determination, and the discipline to succeed.
- A successful track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated business growth and strong performance.
- Strong focus on both revenue generation and growth, with a proactive mindset for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Experience in handling integrated campaigns, demonstrating the ability to execute multi-channel strategies to drive results.
- Customer-focused with a natural ability to anticipate client needs and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions for clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, staying organized and thriving under pressure.
- Industry expertise in at least one Informa TechTarget business line, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge across the entire product portfolio.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively and leverage both individual and team strengths to achieve business goals.
- A college degree or equivalent experience.
