DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises is looking to fill a FSR II position in support of Marine Corps Systems Command, Product Manager, Electronic Warfare Systems.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
* Support planning and coordination of logistics activities.
* Field equipment following protocols, regulations, and military standards.
* Initiate the redistribution of USMC equipment utilizing GCSS-MC software.
* Collect and analyze data and create reports in support of decision-making.
* Provide functional expertise related to logistics in support of equipment and support equipment.
* Maintain and document program data. Conduct research and studies. Report findings.
* Update and submit monthly Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports.
* Ensure all analysis and reporting adhere to relevant military standards, protocols, and security requirements.
* Professionally engage with military customers to support Integrated Teams and process improvement.
* Attend meetings, track action items, and support the development of documentation for delivery to the Government.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Proficient using CMPro or comparable inventory management system.
* Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
* Must possess professional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Must possess excellent organizational skills and work as part of a cohesive team.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
* Must have a bachelor's degree and 0 - 3 years of relevant experience or HS diploma and 10 years of relevant experience.
* GCSS-MC experience desired.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 50 lbs.

Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information in English; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.
