Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for keeping machinery running at its best? We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team! In this essential role, you'll take the lead on equipment and facility maintenance, perform preventative tasks, and troubleshoot a wide range of mechanical systems and tools. Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $33/hr. What You'll Do: Maintain and repair engines, motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and more Diagnose, assemble, test, and install mechanical equipment Perform preventative maintenance (belts, bearings, chains, etc.) Work on piping systems (compressed air, natural gas, water, etc.) Operate tools like lathes, drill presses, grinders to fabricate or repair parts Use measuring instruments to ensure precision Operate forklifts, hoists, and safely rig equipment Climb ladders to access tools and machinery Follow safety regulations and may lead group activities What You Bring: Completed apprenticeship, diploma, or certification in your trade (documentation required) Strong mechanical skills and ability to use technical tools and equipment Safety-first mindset with a solid understanding of industrial environments We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, Earned Wage Access (access a portion of your earned wages before your payday), referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more.
