Job Announcement

Provides Business and Operational support to clients, clinical services, and CSB administrative services. Conducts face to face registrations for clients to determine eligibility for financial fee subsidy and yearly reviews. Uses automated technology to research and input complex client treatment and service data. Document, obtain and verify information, generate reports including scanning documents. Maintain integrity of client Electronic Health Records, appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out for services, collecting and recording fees for services rendered. Identifies, researches, and solves service delivery problems. Provide backup support in all areas of business operations as workload and deadlines require

The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The role is located at 8221 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive on the 2nd Floor. Staff may be asked to cover other floors on occasion. This position is not eligible for telework.


Employment Standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education, experience and training equivalent to graduation from high school or G.E.D. issued by state department of education; plus three years of work experience, including two years in some area of human services (related two-year [associate] degree may be substituted for the required human service experience).

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, , and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer. A TB screening upon hire and annually thereafter.

This position is emergency/essential services personnel. (Required to report for duty during inclement weather and/or other emergencies.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel to various CSB sites to attend meetings. or preform work duties; maneuver through multi-floor
buildings; bend/stretch; carry up to 25lbs; ability to answer phones and use a keyboard driven equipment.
Ability to communicate clearly with others.
Ability to conduct various screenings on individuals upon entry to CSB facilities.
