The Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment will plan, develop, and direct the recruitment process and overall strategy. This is a hands-on senior position that requires an individual who has a solid understanding of hiring and HR compliance. The Director must have the ability to interact with all levels of managerial staff, understand the current and future workforce needs, and determine the strategic direction and objectives of the recruitment department. The director of talent acquisition evaluates the recruiting function, strategies and procedures, and finds opportunities for improvement. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Yes DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPENSATION: $125,000 - $180,000 Lewis Services regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive.
