*Description*
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job Assist Contracting Manager and Director in preparing contract documents. Run reports and analysis. Secure signature from all parties including Provider, Director and Senior Management. Send executed agreements to Provider. Provide contract detail information (i.e., reimbursement page) to appropriate departments, including Directory Support and Provider Portal Analyst. Set up and manage tracking of contracts through each stage of the contract process. Management of all contract elements and files. Negotiate, within cost targets, and track Letter of Agreements Ensure provider contract files are complete and current. Support credentialing process as needed. Inform key internal departments of new contract terms i.e. CAP and FFS rates. Researches, drafts and prepares prospective, concurrent and retrospective member specific Letter of Agreements (LOA). Researches, drafts and prepares prospective, concurrent and retrospective contractual amendments and agreements as required. Open and organize all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Author, design and distribute correspondences, memos, reports, etc. Document and database management, including establishing, developing, maintaining and updating various filing systems and databases. Perform data entry, scan documents, and prepare summary documents. Maintain confidential and proprietary sensitive information and files. Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a wide range of problems and issues within network. Meeting management including coordinating, scheduling and preparing for monthly meeting with Medical Directors to evaluate providers interested in joining respective HMO networks. Other duties as assigned *Skills* contract administration, contract support, Contract coordination, IPA, health plan, health care, epic systems, microsoft office *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
