Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations Training, the Senior Trainer provides on-going training and facilitation, evaluation of staff development, and other training initiatives. This position will provide ongoing support in areas such as training design/delivery, evaluation of training outcomes, and orient all new JHCP staff. The Senior Trainer may (1) provide coaching, change management and mentoring to Trainers and peers (2) design training based on practice needs (3) analyze Help Desk calls for trends that require training interventions (4) assist JHCP employees with effective usage of office electronic registration, scheduling and electronic health record (EHR) applications (5) serve as general point of contact for JHCP's Help Desk (6) provide interactive, hands-on training to new and experienced staff. Location: 6225 Smith Ave. Baltimore, MD 21209 Shift: Exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week - Mon-Fri - 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. What You'll Need to be Successful:
Salary Range: Minimum $26.12/hour - Maximum $43.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
