CNC Programmer act

Full-time CNC Set-Up/Operator on 1st shift.

Some of the position's responsibilities include:

* Review schedule to determine When and Where to set-up jobs.

* Reads & understand blueprints & tolerances.

* Replace worn tools.

* Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.

* Check parts with measuring devices such as, but not limited to, micrometers and calipers.

* Set and adjust offsets when necessary.

* Evaluate product quality, make adjustments as needed, to make parts to specifications.

* Adhere to safety policies, procedures, rules.

* Set-up and operate other secondary operations, as needed.

Requires:

* Working knowledge of Fanuc Controls (understand machining center software and program languages).

* CNC-related education/experience, on-the-job or school; or both.
