Responsibilities - Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver engaging training content tailored to different levels within the company (e.g., new hires, ongoing professional development, leadership training). - National Coverage: Observe training sessions across all locations, ensuring uniformity and quality in content delivery nationwide. - Needs Assessment: Collaborate with leadership teams to assess training needs, align with organizational goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for success. - Onboarding: Lead onboarding training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration and consistent understanding of company policies, culture, and job-specific requirements. - Instructional Design: Develop training materials, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources that support learning objectives and enhance the training experience. - Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and group mentoring to improve employee skills and performance. - Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance data, and surveys. Adjust and refine content based on results and new trends in learning. - Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of training best practices, technological tools, and industry developments to continually improve training strategies. - Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and subject matter experts to ensure that training aligns with operational goals, compliance requirements, and company initiatives. - Planning: Create monthly and yearly goals for key performance metrics. - Drive Performance: Improve performance through training with a focus on KPIs. - In Field Visits: Attend events, home shows, and retail locations. - Misc: Various other duties as assigned by VP and Assistant VP of Event and Retail Marketing. - KPIs: Maintain a HPD of 4 or less at events and 9 or less at retail. Maintain a set rate of 65% or higher across all markets. Maintain a cost per lead issued of $800 or less of all markets. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and high level of organization. - Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment. - Ability to work both independently and in a group. - 2 years of related professional work experience required. - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Working outside in all climates. - Type, speak & write accurately.
