Summary:

In this role, you will build and manage ongoing analytics engagement and business relationships. You will analyze, interpret and deliver business intelligence, reports and analytics. You will help ensure implemented contracts, price savings, and process improvement value for Vizient's clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain business relationships, resulting in on-going revenue stream associated with subscription engagements at client Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and hospitals.
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients in the utilization and adoption of product solutions.
  • Drive client engagement by hosting calls, presenting to all levels in support of assigned product, while escalating questions as needed.
  • Provide tools and information to support client utilization of application and data.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for internal stakeholders, clients, and prospective clients.
  • Work with clients to improve breadth, depth and quality of reported data to increase client's product adoption.
  • Track performance metrics and advise clients on trends in alignment with strategy.
  • Collaborate with data teams to address product specific needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve business problems.
  • Participate in process evaluation and share observations and suggestions during team discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve report layouts, functionality, metrics and processes.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and apply key learnings to day-to-day work.
  • Share business and product knowledge with teammates for development of client communications and educational content.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in a product advisory role supporting the implementation and utilization of solution tools or applications for a customer or client required.
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite; intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience working with physician liaison teams preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare claims data preferred.
  • Microsoft Access or Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Superior written, verbal and presentation communication skills preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
