Quadient Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and a good understanding of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions using QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of high-quality software applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI Designer Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
• Have a good understanding of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.

Certifications Required

Certified Quadient Inspire Developer or equivalent certification.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
