  Own and drive food safety programs across state lines-ensuring FDA, USDA, HACCP, SQF, and GFSI compliance.

  Lead supplier performance monitoring, internal audits, and third-party inspections.

  
  
• 
  

  Spearhead recall protocols, vulnerability assessments, and FSVP initiatives.

  
  
• 
  

  Build and deliver bilingual food safety training programs.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and elevate food safety at every touchpoint.

  
  
• 
  

  Travel to multiple facilities (up to 50%) to ensure world-class standards and culture.

  
  

• 
  

  7+ years of food safety leadership-bonus points for food distribution or protein experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  HACCP Certified, PCQI/SQF Practitioner, and Internal GFSI Auditor (preferred).

  
  
• 
  

  A strategic, data-driven mindset and a hands-on leadership style.

  
  
•
