40 Job title: Tax Senior Location: Job in San Francisco, CA and allow telecommuting within the San Francisco Metropolitan area. Job Duties
Prepare/review individual, partnership, corporate and fiduciary tax returns; Ensure recording of transaction and compliance with laws and regulations. Utilize accounting software to conduct research and analyze tax costs, liability and benefits. Conducts trainings and oversee new staff. This position will supervise 2 subordinates.
Requirements:
Must have Master's degree in Accounting or related and two (2) years of experience as tax associate or related. Must possess experience with federal and multi-state income tax returns & tax regulations; preparing tax estimates/projection for individual with diverse stock types (ESPP/ISO/RSU/NSO); assisting clients with IRS audit and examination. Must have CPA or be eligible to take CPA exam.
Annual Salary: $117,707 - $118,000 The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
