Summary:



The Associate, Store Operations will be responsible to support the retail operations and field teams on the day to day running of the business as well as key programs, projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement. This role will support the Manager, Retail Operations Continuous Improvement in gathering customer experience data and feedback to improve processes and execution.




Pay Class and Pay




Pay Class: Full Time

Pay: $ 14.54 - $ 18.18 Hourly



Essential Responsibilities:




  1. Helps identify, manage and track Customer Experience and Retail Operations Projects
  2. Proactively identifies, researches, assesses, and prioritizes emerging field and customer issues and opportunities.
  3. Responsible for executing customer experience reporting for retail operations management and field management
  4. Responsible for executing and maintaining key operating model data in systems
  5. Maintains frequent oral and written communication with retail operations management, staff, field management and stores.
  6. Must be action oriented with strong collaboration skills across cross functional areas



Education:




  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.



Experience & Background:




  • 0 - 3 years of related experience; prefered retail
  • Smartsheets and Microsoft Power Bi experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft systems



Language Skills:




  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) helpful, but not required



Mathematical Skills:



* Advanced mathematical skills to include problem solving, critical thinking and strong analysis


Reasoning Ability:



* Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
