Responsibilities:

Lead and manage production operation by performing below tasks but not limited to:



  • Manage daily production operation

    • Understand Plan and PSI
    • Follow plan vs. production, tracking and meeting production targets
    • Communicate production issues and either resolve or mitigate issues to ensure productivity
    • Maintain and manage product quality, both during production and supply.
    • Ensure proper material is available for production and available in the right location
    • Ensure material movement is safe and done in efficient manner
    • Achieve established Production Performance Targets


  • Safety

    • Ensure all safety procedures in place are followed and required items are managed daily, weekly and monthly
    • Achieve established Safety Performance Targets
    • Drive safety innovation and promote safety working culture


  • FI-11

    • Ensure all FI-11 standards in place are followed and required items are managed daily, weekly and monthly
    • Achieve established FI-11 Performance Targets
    • Drive FI-11 innovation and promote FI-11 management culture


  • Manpower and operation

    • Responsible for keeping track of time and attendance for employees on all shifts.
    • Identify training and development needs through regular conversation and observation with all members
    • Assists Team Leader and Manager with reviewing operator, tech and lead performances
    • Assists in the development and update of training manuals




Section lead is expected to perform other duties beyond what is stated above to ensure all set targets are achieved.

Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or above
  • Over 3+ years of Production Supervisor and or Leadership experience
  • Experience in mentoring and/ or coaching members
  • Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing methods and process
  • Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.
  • Some occasional international travel required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power point and ability to learn new systems efficiently
