Staffmark
is seeking a talented Mechanical and Electrical Technician to support and improve production processes in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing machinery to enhance overall production performance and minimize downtime. Your expertise will contribute to ongoing improvements in equipment efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:



  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with production equipment.
  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Test and evaluate equipment to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the production team to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.



Qualifications:



  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • Practical experience maintaining and repairing production machinery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Technical certifications or education in mechanical/electrical fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with production concepts such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and process optimization is beneficial.



Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Salary: $22 - $32 per hour, based on qualifications
