Working globally across segments, solution areas, and audiences, central to this effort is the Integrated Marketing Content Strategy Lead. This role will need to influence across multiple levels of the organization to create compelling, customer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition for our commercial cloud business, specifically our developer audiences. You will use communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across functions. You will be a customer advocate, relentlessly championing the customer and experiences that will drive impact. ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Development: Develop and execute content strategies to attract, nurture, and inspire developer audiences. Identify content needs, develop new assets and review all content for aligned marketing plays. Manage content budget and oversee internal/external agency execution of content development.Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop, launch, and optimize connected end-to-end customer experiences across channels including paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), social, blog, web, relationship marketing, and evidence.Customer Journey Mapping: Create a content strategy and plan to address insights in the buyer's journey, ensuring the content is aligned to what the customer needs at each stage. Collaboration: Work closely with product marketers, integrated channel marketers, relationship marketers, sales, researchers, engineering, and agency partners to develop and execute plans. Collaborate with Product Marketing Teams to understand market dynamics, business opportunities, product roadmaps, and disclosure plans.Performance Analysis: Partner with Analytics Teams to support Integrated Marketing reviews, deeply understand performance and insights to generate data-driven integrated marketing and content plans.Other: Embody our Culture and Values
