Within Azure Data, the databases team builds and maintains Microsoft's operational Database systems. We store and manage data in a structured way to enable multitude of applications across various industries. We are on a journey to enable developer friendly, mission-critical, AI enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational and OSS offerings. The Fabric Data Team is hiring a Senior Product Manager who will define and execute the product roadmap of a data platform. We do not just value differences or different perspectives. Responsibilities* Customer Feedback and Iteration: Capture, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings. Develop and refine OKRs, platform feature enhancements, and functional specifications.* Requirement Gathering and Specification: Collect and analyze customer requirements, formulate objectives, and develop detailed specifications for new features and products.* Technical Product Management: partner closely with engineering teams to create, update or review data schemas, data models, platform architecture and technical solutions that answer customer needs.* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, engineering and product teams to ensure seamless platform development and launch. Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to align on product vision and goals.* Process and Documentation: Manage and document product management processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, user stories, and feedback.* Leadership and Influence: Demonstrate leadership by driving a customer-obsessed, growth mindset culture within the team.
