Intern-IT

• Gaining knowledge about IT infrastructure operations: network, compute, and information security
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network and compute hardware and software applications.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects, such as infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
• Document support processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Performs other tasks as needed.

• Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT support or related field.
• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Prior internship or work experience in IT support is a plus.

Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field-based sales and service positions. Our North America headquarters is located in Telford, PA just north of Philadelphia. We also have US sites in Andover, MA, and Houston, TX. Our Canada site is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Our US headquarters located north of Philadelphia in Telford, Pennsylvania is our US manufacturing site for our Neonatal product line supplying many global customers as well as production support for Draeger's Safety products. This location also serves as the key site for essential US functions which includes Medical Sales and Service Management, Medical Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality and Finance.
