As the Analyst, Managed Care Rebates, you will process monthly/quarterly Managed Care invoices using Model N Flex. You will review utilization data to identify trends and scrub data as per contractual guidelines to ensure accurate and on time payment processing. And you will be accountable for specific customer accounts and have ability to contribute to ad hoc projects and system upgrades.

Your additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for analyzing prescription utilization data, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls/regulations.
  • Manage executed Payer contracts in Model N Flex from validations to rebate adjudication
  • Contribute to system upgrades, testing, and/or ad hoc projects
  • Support with the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business
  • Provide analytical support to internal stakeholders in matters related to specific accounts and general projects.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and external audits).
  • Manage external customer/internal stakeholder satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of payments and compliance with all global and local procedures and policies

What you'll bring to the role:

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent level of relevant experience

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in operations management and execution
  • Ability to analyze data sets in Excel (v-lookups/pivots)
  • Experience and understanding of adherence to compliance and controls
  • Ability to focus on continuous process improvement
  • Ability to use critical thinking and embrace change
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Model N Flex Experience (Validata/RM Contracts) is preferred

This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.

Our Sandoz flexible-hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workdays remotely.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $60,600 and $112,600/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
