What we need We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Brand & Content Marketing to lead brand and content marketing efforts that will help advance our brand and business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing an annual brand and content planning process, as well as individual content marketing plans that raise awareness of our brand and enhance the company's strong reputation, inspired by our brand positioning, mission and values. The Director of Brand and Content Marketing will report to the Sr. Director of Brand and Engagement marketing and will manage a team of brand, content and digital marketing managers. This person will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all Brand messaging and content we create across all paid and owned channels is aligned with business objectives and meets the needs of our most important audiences - our members and B2B partners. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability. This job is also eligible for variable pay.
